The entire Hilton lineup was on top of every detail and ran like a well-oiled machine at both the Emerald City Engineering and Gateway Surgical Center events the last two weekends. Your Food & Beverage Director, Scott Strupp, was especially thoughtful and Banquet Manager, Fred, also went up and beyond expectations. The service staff in general was terrific.
Our Fantasy Casino dealers, DJs, and photobooth entertainers all had glowing reports, and we heard the same from both clients – we just thought you should know.

On June 25th, I hosted a dinner at the Embassy Suites for my daughter who lives in Seattle and who was getting married Memorial Day Weekend. My family was coming in from various parts of the world to celebrate the nuptials and I wanted to have a special dinner for them and for my daughter. Renee Questad helped me figure out how to make it happen in an intimate and special way. She was flexible in creating a menu with me and made it extra special with printed out menus and signs for the dinner, even though we were only 9 people. The food was delicious and our server, Freddie, was excellent.
